We collect information you give us when you book an appointment, make an enquiry, place an order, send us your wishlist, or sign up to hear from us. This may include your name, email, phone number, wedding date and venue, the gowns you are interested in, and anything else you choose to share.
We process your information to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in running the boutique, and, for marketing, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We share information only where necessary: with our gown designers and suppliers to fulfil orders, our cleaning and preservation partners, payment providers, and the email and CRM tools we use to manage communications. We never sell your data.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
