Elsie May Bridal (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a bridal boutique at 1 Windsor Court, Trent Valley Island, Lichfield WS13 6EU. By booking an appointment, placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Appointments are complimentary and last approximately 90 minutes. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange so we can offer the time to another bride.
Made-to-order gowns are ordered to your chosen size using the designer’s size chart and your in-store measurements. A non-refundable deposit is required to place an order, with the balance due on the gown’s arrival or before collection. Standard order times are approximately 16 to 20 weeks; rush orders may be available at additional cost, subject to the designer.
Sample, ex-display and sale gowns are sold as seen in their current condition, and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please inspect your chosen gown carefully before purchase.
We offer interest-free, in-house payment plans with no credit checks. Full payment must be received before your gown is collected. Deposits and payments made are non-refundable.
Alterations are not included in the gown price. We can recommend trusted local seamstresses, but any alterations are arranged directly between you and the seamstress and are at your own cost.
As gowns are ordered specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once placed and deposits are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods.
Our gown cleaning and preservation services are carried out by specialist partners. Prices are provided as a guide and confirmed before any work begins.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the goods or services purchased.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
